    Since 1994 we have been transforming the art world. We take what makes galleries, artists & collectors tick and turn it into something beautiful that they can share with the world. Everything we do makes the business of art more efficient, giving our clients the time and space to do the things they love.

    Client Liaison team - UK

    Head of Support

    Permanent £55,000 - £60,000 per annum OTE
    As Head of Client Support you oversee the success of the support function of the global client liaison team. This includes ensuring excellent customer service is upheld across the growing team while continually striving for efficient and streamlined operations that safeguard revenue. Responsibilities include managing the day to day of support, training new team members onto support, reviewing and implementing new strategies with required support softwares and acting as the first port of call for escalated client issues.

    Client Liaison - UK

    Permanent £28,000 - 30,0000 per annum + benefits
    You will help us onboard and train clients and will also assist with testing development work. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator and passionate about client services, art, and technology. You will work as part of a close-knit, supportive, and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first professional steps in the art world, with  established career development pathways in the Client Liaison team.
